Coaching
Sometimes you need enough space to hear yourself.
Focused private sessions with Sutton designed to help you slow things down, understand what’s really happening, and get clear on what matters. Come on your own or with family members when the situation involves someone you love. Leave with greater clarity about what is happening, what support may be needed, and what you can actually do next.

Clarity & Capacity Sessions are focused on what is happening right now. Sutton’s role isn’t to tell you what to do. It’s to help you see more clearly, understand what may be happening beneath the surface, identify the resources and support available to you, and determine what makes sense to do next.
Understand what’s really happening beneath the surface.
Separate what is true from what fear, urgency, overwhelm, or uncertainty may be adding to the picture.
Identify the decision, conversation, boundary, change, or support that is actually needed.
Reconnect with the strengths, tools, relationships, and resources you already have within and around you.
Turn insight into concrete next steps so you leave knowing what you can actually do next.
Start with one session
Bring what you’re navigating. We’ll make sense of what’s happening, get clear on what matters, and create an actionable plan for what comes next.

For what would benefit from more time. There’s no need to commit to three before we begin — start with one and decide what would be useful from there.
Supporting someone else
Sometimes you’re not the person at the center of the situation. You’re the parent, partner, sibling, adult child, or family member trying to understand what is happening and what you can realistically do to help.
A Clarity & Capacity Session can create space to look at the situation more clearly, consider what support may be appropriate, think through boundaries and communication, and identify the next steps available to you.
You may come alone or, when appropriate, with family members involved in the situation.
Sometimes the next step is finding the words. Sutton can help you get clear on what you want to say, what you hope the communication will do, and how to express it with honesty and care — including preparing for a difficult conversation or shaping a letter to an estranged or long-lost loved one.
You don’t have to figure everything out alone. Sometimes the work is understanding what kind of support may be useful for you or someone you love. That might include an ongoing therapist, physician or treatment provider, business coach, mentor, spiritual leader, specialized program or retreat, or another trusted resource. Sutton can help you think through what may be needed, what questions to ask, and who might belong in that circle of care. The goal isn’t dependence on one person. It’s clarity about what support makes sense next.

Clarity & Capacity Sessions are not ongoing psychotherapy or a substitute for mental health treatment. They are focused private sessions designed to help you understand what you’re navigating, get clear on what matters, and determine what comes next. When appropriate, Sutton may also help you identify what additional support could be useful for you or someone you love.
One 75-minute session is $625 USD. Three 75-minute sessions are $1,800 USD. There is no need to commit to three sessions before beginning — start with one and decide what would be useful from there.
